Baazaar starring Saif Ali Khan released worldwide with the good response from the audience. Well, the opening was very poor but the number of people who have seen the movie said something only good about the movie. The movie is based on the concept of stock exchange that is why it will be difficult for the masses to connect the film as they do not know anything about the stock exachange. The movie had better occupancy in the evening shows that helps the movie to get a below average number.

Baazaar Collected 2.8 crores on its first Friday. Well, it will grow on Saturday and Sunday in the metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata where the audience has an understanding of the stock market. The public reports are really positive in the metro cities but it will be hard for the movie to get good numbers with this concept.

Baazaar is the biggest opener among all the new releases. Rest all the movie had disaster opening. The movies like Kasshi, The journey Of Karma, Dassehra had an occupancy of 2-5% in the morning shows which hardly had growth of 5% in the evening shows. Well, the awareness about all these movies was not enough as the movies do have that much marketing budget that affected all of them big time on their opening day which will continue on Saturday and Sunday as well.

Kaashi collected 30 lakhs on its first day. The movie needs to grow really well if it had to put at least an average number at the end of the first weekend. Another release The Journey Of Karma starring Poonam Pandey and Shakti Kapoor had worse opening than Kaashi and collected 25 Lakhs on its first day which is a disaster number for any movie. One more release Dassehra starring Neil Nitin Mukesh who is playing the role of cop in the movie had the same occupancy like Kaashi.  The movie collected 35 lakhs on its first day. Well, it will be interesting to see how well the movies will grow over its first weekend.
